Methods of Shipping
We're partners with leading Australian shipping carriers such as Australia Post and StarTrack to ensure efficient delivery. For privacy and security, most parcels will be dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. Once payment is processed, orders will typically be shipped within 3-10 business days.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is staffed during weekdays between 9am and 5pm, as a signature will be required upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, you may need to collect it from your local post office or courier collection point. For added convenience, we recommend using a business address, where a receptionist can sign on your behalf.
How long does it take to dispatch
While most orders are dispatched within a few business days, please allow up to 10 business days for 'special order' items. If your order requires sourcing from a supplier, we will notify you via email with an update.
Estimated Shipping Costs:
The shipping fees listed on the product page are approximate. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your selected shipping method, product weight, and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to check the status of your delivery and get an estimated arrival time.
