Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please reach out to us at accounts@auspaktools.com.au. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. This is the quickest way to ensure you get the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
